Sunridge Construction and Development, LLC is built on the foundation of family. Founded by Robert Palmer, a Florida contractor who has been building across the state since 1984, the company carries forward a long tradition of hands‑on experience.

His son, Chris Palmer, who has worked shoulder to shoulder with him for the past 20 years, inheriting the craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail that define their family’s work.

Alongside them is Howard Perry, Chris’s best friend of more than 35 years and a true part of the Palmer family, who brings over 15 years of experience in the railroad, aeronautics, and land development industries in both U.S. and international markets, with a strong focus on commercial development.

After years of collaborating and growing together, the three have united their experience to form a company rooted in family, trust, and shared purpose—dedicated to building enduring homes and communities where your family can live, grow, and thrive.
